Hey all...
I was wondering what are the best kinds of protein. I've heard that some of them can make you gassy (is it whey?) and some just really aren't what they claim to be. What are your thoughts? And what kind of recipes do you have that include protein powder?

My first suggestion is to get your protein from whole foods like eggs, chicken, beef, nuts, etc. If you can't eat that much food, or need the convenience of liquid protein, then Whey protein is the best.0

I'm actually a vegetarian, but I grew up on a cattle farm. From the get-go I never really learned how to eat, and now that I am starting to take my health a little more seriously, I've started asking around. I've gotten a mixed response from people!0
