Can somebody please explain to me what this means:
Calorie Adjustments: Enable Negative Adjustments
I do have Myfitnesspal linked to Fitbit, so should I checked on the box to enable to my negative adjustments or not?

It's the difference between your MFP projected calorie burn, and your fitbit calorie burn for the day. Sometimes it can all so be positive.
