Gluten Free / Paleo Granola Style Snack

I am new to Fitness Pal but I have 30 pounds to lose and I am doing it gluten free, dairy free due to digestive issues. I have found so many recipes for simple snack and meals that I am hopeful will contribute to my weight loss success, like this one.

Gluten Free / Paleo Approved Granola Style Snack

1 cup organic sesame seeds
1 cup organic shelled sunflower seeds
1/2 chopped or sliced natural, unsalted almonds
1/2 cup dried cranberries
1 cup almond or creamy peanut butter
2 TBSP organic honey
1 tsp vanilla

Mix all your ingredients together until blended completely.

Spread onto a lightly greased (use canola spray) parchment paper onto a large cookie sheet.

Bake at 350 degrees for 10-15 minutes until golden.

Let cool for 20 minutes.

Cut into crumbly squares.
