Hi! Recently I went vegetarian and I have noticed since then I am feeling bloated way more often vs not. So I decided to get back to tracking my food and exercising to go with my healthier lifestyle choice and nope still bloated. I noticed my carb intake is like 50-60% of my daily nutrition so I know I need to get that down but to be perfectly honest veggies just aren't as filling as meat. Thinking of going back to at least chicken and limiting refined carbs and processed sugars severely.

Yes, that's the problem when you cut out meat, you get too many veggie carbs which means too much fiber also. The large amount of fiber causes the bloating. Limit your carbs to no more than 30 percent, and you should brood.

I like meat  . That being said, are you drinking enough water?

There are plenty of protein sources when you eat vegetarian. Beans, nuts, seeds, tempeh, seitan, tofu... you don't need to just eat vegetables. How about some eggs? Dairy is rich with protein. If you're still eating seafood, there's a wealth of protein there.
