I love Pure Protein bars & they come in all kinds of flavors. High protein, Usually 200 calories or less, low sugar content as well. I eat 5-6 small meals a day & use a bar as one of my meals.0

Natural peanut butter - Greek Yogurt - 1 tbsp honey, ideal for late night snack or next meal after breakfast0

Don't discount the calorie-dense food choices. Just pack them very small. Sometimes I cut a protein bar in half so it turns in to two hundred-calorie snacks. My lowest calorie meal (to compensate for the snacks) tends to be lunch, which might be soup or salad.0 -
Crispbread and rice cakes are some of my favorites to snack on.0
