Hi, i been on a rollercoaster for 5 years 10lbs here 20lbs there, trying to lose 20 lbs by Dec. Trying to hit the gym daily and cut back on snacks. I calorie target is 1200-1400 a day. But I'm a foodie, and my family loves to eat out so Feel free to had me for motivation.0
