    Hehe, I stopped drinking diet soda after I realized I had a Aspartame intolerance.
    If you dont feel ill after drinking diet soda why stop doing what your doing?

    Did it in the past and kept away for couple years. However since it got excessive, I went cold turkey. I don't even keep it in the house. Today is day 15 and going strong
