Fitbit and workout

I have a fitbit and its synced with mfp for steps. I'm wondering, when i do a workout like zumba or cize, i usually don't record it, just use the step count. But im wondering if i should. Does that even make sense?

    If it is step based (I consider dancing step based) then no do not log it. If you do log it, make sure to accurately account for the start and duration time or it count double count it.
