Just find it good to have people in my own timezone

I'm Michelle, 28 and I'm English although I live in Ireland.
I got a major shock on the scales this morning when I weighed in 11 POUNDS heavier than I did in April. Erm...not good

So I need some motivation - add me peeps!

Hi Michelle. It was very much the same for me, around the 10-11 lbs mark in roughly the same amount of time. My last run before I got a bit lazy was the end of April. Did my first run yesterday and it felt pretty good.....legs hurt today though!

I started 6 days ago and it's looking very good so far, so you can do it :)

Thanks Celtic - I've taken up swimming as running bores the hell out of me! Also, I see a drizzle of rain and decide 'it's far too wet and dangerous out there' haha - any excuse to stay on the sofa!!
Well done on the run, sore legs means you worked them so feel it with pride!
And thanks for the add by the way
