    I kinda go through the same thing once or twice a year. It seems like no matter what I eat, I'm still hungry. I don't usually crave anything in particular, I just want food. Treat yourself to whatever your body craves and try to continue your workout schedule. The best part of it being over is you lose 2-3 lbs of water retention.
