I am planning on making bean burgers andaking enough for 2 days but only cook one day at a time. The recipe calls for one egg will the bean burger be OK in the fridge until the next day until I cook it. I know probably a stupid question lol. Thanks

I would just cook both at the same time and reheat the second burger the next day.0

It will be fine, but I like to make a lot of bean burgers and freeze them. They cook really well from frozen, and tend to stay together rather than if they were cooked from unfrozen.0

I also make a batch of bean burgers in advance and then freeze them with a parchment paper square in between each beannie pattie, so it's easier to separate one from the stack when it's time to bring one out to cook/eat!0
