Sugar...

So I am currently not being super calorie counting or anal about what I eat, but am just trying to not make horrible decisions and get into the habit of tracking EVERYTHING I put into my mouth.
I noticed I was at my sugar limit almost by lunch time... how important is it to stay at or under that sugar limit, and does anyone have any suggestions on what to do to stay there? I love cherries and ate 5 and all the sudden had 4 little dings away from my daily total!

    I think the sugar limit is supposed to be for added sugar, because 1 banana and another piece of fruit will wipe it out. Unless you have a medical issue that requires tracking sugar I probably wouldn't worry about it.
  • Yeah no, no extra need for tracking... I love fruit so that totally concerned me haha! Thanks for the advice =]
