Rather it's one push up sit up or pull up taking a walk or even eating something healthy!!! I feel we should do something EVERY DAMN DAY. So what do you think every damn day or naw?

    I don't schedule rest days. They happen anyway though, cause life gets in the way of my fitness routines sometimes.

    I am of the mindset that it is best to do something every day. Rest days are not even rest days here. I walk 6 miles daily and on rest days I still do my hand weights, push ups and kettlebell. "A body in motion....stays in motion."
