Sadness vent.

I'm so so sad. I have zero self control when it comes to food. I eat when I'm happy, I eat when I'm sad, I eat when I'm normal, and I especially cannot stop eating in social gatherings. I can workout twice a day everyday, but what's the point? The more I try to restrict myself from junk food especially sugary food, the more I ended up binging. I just needed to vent, thanks for reading.

Some people have a really good metabolism who can eat whatever they want and not gain a pound. Unfortunately im not one of them but it appears that you are ^-^ if you feel like youre eating too much and its making you unhappy, try finding a new hobby that replaces the times when you snack alot. I think that alot of people eat when theyre bored, i recommend hiking or any other outdoor activity that keeps your mind off eating. It might also help you plan eating times.0

Ok. You don't want advice?
If you did, mine would be to look carefully at your for your meals for protein, fiber, and fat, and not restrict yourself from having sweets at other times.0 -

@initials1248 thanks for the awesome advice, after I wrote this I found my solution. I need to cook my own food everyday! and as of snacks I need to keep healthy ones and throw the cookies and donuts out of sight. I've been solely focusing on exercise and letting diet go when its diet that I really need to work on right now. Going to start fresh tomorrow, as of right now I need a drink and sleep!0
