I'm usually very private with these things but...

After menopause hit 5 years ago and my super fit, 12 mile a day runner body threw serious craps on me, and my 12 hour + a day work schedule had my bum in front of a computer or a camera far too many hours, I found myself going from 130 to 160 in 4 years.

I am actually really strong and I do hike 90 minutes a few times a week, can cycle 100 miles on a weekend day when I sneak it in, but it was neglecting the daily workouts, the cardio, and letting wine be my stress release that I feel was the real culprit.

I have been forcing myself to walk away from the work, getting at least 60 minutes in of cardio and I'm 4 days consistent. It's funny how being over-50 doesn't feel like anything's changed until you want to be that 30-something body again - wow.

I really like the food calculator it's showing me that I really eat well but the little things add in unwanted calories and I'm choosing to skip the chocolate and the wine :)

My goal is 25 pounds and I plan to see it happen!
