Struggling to keep going!!

So after a 60 day logging streak I am finding myself struggling to keep going. Part of me just wants to say F it! Help!!! I am not yet at my goal I'm just majorly losing steam!

So do the best you can do today, and do even better tomorrow. I screwed up this morning, but I have the whole day to fix it. No point in giving up.0

Maybe eat at maintenance for a week and try some new fun workouts? I like to go hiking
Try Zumba or something fun at a gym. They will typically let you take a class for 5$ or so. You've lost 30 pounds!!! That's great!!

Remind yourself of why you're on his path and if you're not feeling it, do something small. Walk around the block, or do two sit ups.
Most of all, be kind to yourself. If you do slip it's not the end of the world. Each day is a new day and an opportunity to start again.
