Hello everyone! I'm Jessica and I am new to this . I am looking for ways to get motivated to lose weight that's why I joined. Also my trainer told me to lol! I hope to lose about 35 lbs . Self confidence and lots of energy is what I am striving for! Any tips are appreciated :)
