Hello! I'm Dawn.
The short version is I lost about 40lbs around 5 years ago and was just a few lbs away from my goal. Then I got distracted by life and slowly started gaining until I had gained back about half the weight. I've tried using MFP a couple times before in the last couple years, but wasn't very successful with it. I decided to try again almost two months ago and this time I'm sticking with it. I've lost 7lbs already! Only 14 more to reach my goal! I log on everyday, workout every day, track everything like a crazy person, and it's working! I'm liking the community part of the app and am having fun meeting new people with similar goals of living healthy. Feel free to add me.
Oh...and if you have any favorite must have songs that get you moving that would help switch up my workout play list, please share!
