Hi all I'm starting with mfp again, so I'm looking for some ideas, how to loss in 4 wks, 20 would be great, but I'll take 10 maybe 15 if possible. I'm 37, 5'7 and I'm 175 lbs. I have an event coming up the end of October and would like to loss to get in this dress I have, so any suggestions would be great!!!

    Set a reasonable goal. 20 is just not going to happen.

    In 4 weeks you can expect to lose 4-8lbs reasonably.

    Basically everyone here (including myself) is going to tell you that you should have started earlier. 5 lbs a week weight loss is unrealistic...10 maybe, but not likely.

    I agree with the other posts. Also you only have 15 lbs. to lose. Half a pound a week would be more realistic. Good luck.
