I don't understand and it's getting me down :(

I've lost quite a bit of weight 4 stone-ish but ott was getting harder and harder. So I joined a gym- I do spin, Zumba, body combat and weight training and upped my cals from 1200 to 1500 and a little more if I exercise a lot but over the last two and a half weeks I've gained 4lb! One of the women at the gym said it was because I was weight training but is that right I'm so frustrated as I don't feel all this effort is going anywhere! I do drink 1.5 litres of water most days I just don't track it!! HELP!! And any help will be appreciated! x x x
