My Goals for Weight Loss and would like more friends

When I started a year ago I weighed in at 230 and I didn't like what I saw so I decided I need to do something before my health gets out of control so I started walking just 30 minutes a day and now I'm walking almost 2 hours a day and between 5-8 miles at a time please believe in yourself that it can be done on your own. I have also set some goals for myself and I'm currently working on those and I've seen some changes and I'm also planning on doing the Austin American Statesman Capital 10,000 Race next April with my sister-in-laws so I have fun things to look forward to and also going to the gym during the week and walking on the weekends please feel free to add me as a friend and I will gladly accept. I'm also tracking and doing portion control at home and I've noticed that you need that if your going to lose weight. I'm looking to lose around 70 pounds or so I really look forward to all the new friends I can get as I keep going in my journey
