This is going to be harder than I thought

Okay, I'll admit it. My 15lbs are all about vanity, but it doesn't mean I want to meet my goal an less than if I had a medical reason for doing so. It may be why I'm not as urgent though. Good luck to everybody.

Vanity is a perfectly good reason to want to lose weight. What is your plan to help you get there?0

It doesn't matter why your doing it. The results are all the same. Your going to be happier, healthier and look great! You have a goal and that's a good start. Maybe buy something that's a little too small that you really would like to fit in and hang it up somewhere as a daily motivation and reminder to keep your urgency0

Agreed. Nothing wrong with wanting to lose weight for vanity reasons. Good luck to you. You will get there!0

My reasons where all vanity too. I didn't start to care about the health aspect until later on. It doesn't change the fact that its still hard work! Best of luck!0
