My journey Started almost 2 years ago

Two years ago I was disgusted with the way I looked and one day I got on the scale and I was shocked I came in at 230 pounds and that was an eye opener and I told my boyfriend at the time who is now my husband I need to do something and before my health gets out of hand so I decided that I would start walking and I just started with 30 minutes and going around the block well a year later I'm now going for almost 2 hour walks and between 5-8 miles 6 days a week plus I also work and also planning to go to the gym as well. Please believe that you can lose weight on your own as I'm not taking anything and since I've been walking I've gone from 230 down to 210 my goal weight is 155-160 please feel free to add me as a friend and I'd gladly accept your request.
