I didn't think this would be so darn hard. I lost so much weight about 10 years ago, and didn't even blink twice. The sooner I go to bed, the sooner I wake up and can eat! A new day, and new calories to count down. Good grief! ~Ana

    Its only half the battle doing a diet and exercising. The other and more harder half is motivation and dedication. If you ground your motivation and dedication first than the dieting and exercising is cake. Hope this helps!
