Just thinking ! if your making steady gains / weight should you increase your surplus slightly given your new weight (say monthly ) or wait until increases stall before you increase your calories again . Hope that makes sense

Increase calories once your 7 day total weight average gain drops below the target goal. May wait a week or two though just to be sure.0

At some point you will have to add more calories, but it's not by huge amounts. Personally, if I plateau for 4 weeks, then i would increase my calories.0

Wait for a plateau then increase. No sense if your steadily gaining considering if you do increase calories, it will most likely be a significant amount of fat. Slow and steady:D0
