Hello!! I am really frustrated right now. I make a wonderful, healthy soup that tastes amazing! It's is my favorite! Every time I eat it I gain weight (about 2 pounds)! I think its from the sodium (it's about 900 MG per serving). Is there anything to can to to counteract the fluid retention/weight gain so I can still eat my soup?

You could try drinking more water.
As long as you don't have a health problem such as high blood pressure, it's not a problem. It's just water and you know that it's just water from experience so there's no need to be concerned about it.0 -
Try drinking coconut water with it. This will hydrate you more so that you don't hold on to as much water.
And feel free to post the recipe!0 -

Bump up the caffeine when you do. It's a diuretic.
That being said, don't worry about it. Weight loss is a non-linear thing. Weight is the end result of all the body's metabolic activities, and what you eat is but one of them. If the soup makes you retain water, you accept it and eat it knowing your weight will go up, or you skip it.0
