Hi! My name is Emily. I have been doing the Keto diet since August 18th. I dropped 19lbs in one month and then hit a plateau. No matter what I do I'm stuck on the same weight. Starting tomorrow I'm going to introduce exercise back into my life hopefully that helps. And today I will start tracking my calories. It would be great to have a little motivation to get on everyday and want to track with MFP. So go add me, even of you aren't doing the Keto diet.

Hi Emily, adding the excersise will most likely get you over that plateau but just remember if you start building muscle you might see loss in inches rather than weight. Stay motivated 19lbs is awesome!0

You should have a high carb day so your body can refresh and you will drop more weight basically you need to follow a carb cycling diet it works trust me. Good luck0
