I loooove lifting.
And not any 15-20 lbs or body weight stuff either....
Well that too if you're working your way up. :)
And no shame in your game if that's what you like.
But I recently fell of the wagon in my diet,
And need to get nice and cut again
with more muscle building activities incorporated.
So add me if you're into lifting to inspire and swap ideas and cheer each other on!
In three months I want to come back a new me. Cause I already have tons of muscle, just need to lose this dang fat.
