Currently using this app to keep track of my meals, 99.9% of the timeI am brutally honest with my choice of foods, Just need to remember to use after i have eaten,

Current goal is to gain, But want to keep my body fat percentage down, IE dont pile on the flab haha,

I do alot of training and use a heart monitor to see what calories i burn, I do not input workouts to fitness pal
