Favorite healthy vegan casseroles?

I am looking to add to my winter time vegan dinners (because I only know a handful and got very bored last year with my food). Anywhooooo, does anyone have any ideas for winter vegan casseroles?

    Light by coco.com. She has four vegan pasta recipes, that can be baked as a casserole. I have tried three. Haven't done the tofu one. But the creamy chick pea pasta is awesome, as well as the lentil one. Hope that helps.

    I think she may also have one with lentils and sweet potato, but I can't remember the name. Anything from that blog is delicious, though.
