so basically for a long time now I have been battling with my weight issues from being big in my school days and I have managed to shift the weight since then as it was many years ago but now im stuck in the rut of fad diets, diet pills, or just hardly eating nothing which I know isn't good for me and im feeling the effects of it always being run down but at the moment ive gone the other way because I keep saying to myself im going to diet its making me crave chocolate and everything even more which I cant resist :(
I even recently tried herbalife which I thought was disgusting!! so I want to try this eat clean diet along with some home exercises on a evening maybe would that work to giving me a healthy lifestyle and a more toned body? im a single mum and don't really get time to go the gym or cook fancy meals as im a student so always on the go so sort of looking for simple healthy eating plans that I can take or get on the go?? im 8st 3lbs at the mo which I know isn't excally big im just wanting to get healthy and tone x

You can't go wrong just sticking with whole foods -- fruits, vegetables, whole grains -- and adding in lean protein like chicken, beans, and fish. Add a couple servings of greek yogurt, cheese, or lowfat milk to round things out.
Take one day where you cook meals for the entire week if you can. Dump a bag of frozen chicken breasts in a casserole dish with seasonings and some veggies, pop it in the oven at 450 for an hour or two, and when it's done you have a whole meal. Buy a programmable crockpot, one you can set to cook for a certain amount of time and then kick down to warm -- you can cook virtually anything in it. On the day that you prepare all your meals, get gallon sized bags and throw meat and veggies in them, and throw them in the freezer. Before you head out in the morning, dump a bag in the pot and set it, then come home to a cooked meal. Just search the boards here... there's endless amounts of ideas and recipes.
