changing the macro ratios

How do you change the macro ratios - I thought I had changed them but after I entered meals it's still set at 50% carb, 30 fat and 20 protein. I want 40 30 30. Thanks!

    Welcome to MFP!
    Click on the "Food" Tab --> then click on "Settings" --> then click on "Goals" and you should be able to change the ratio :)
