Used Y menbership, 1st time in 3 years!

About 15 min treadmill, 15 in cycling and 15 minutes weights. Don't know about calories but I feel better. Now to make it daily.

    You've had your membership for 3 years and haven't used it :o lol, it's so expensive! But good for you, now you should make up for lost time!!!!
