Whats good to eat when, eating dinner late sometime

Whatever sounds good, that you have on hand, that fits in your calories for the day. Bonus points if it helps you hit macros and tastes good.
Last night I waited till the kids were in bed to eat dinner so I heated up 3 oz of grilled pork tenderloin and 3 oz of chicken breast along with a individual box of frozen veggies. Along with 2 glasses of wine, and afterwards a serving of ice cream with salted caramel sauce...0 -

Nope. Meal timing has nothing to do with weight loss.0

I usually eat once per day, at supper time, but that's usually before 7:00 pm. Even if I have a snack before bed, that's OK with me, since I don't eat breakfast orinch.0

How big is your one meal/day?

My meal is pretty big, enough to make me feel full but not stuffed. I focus on getting enough nutrients, about 6 ounces of meat and a vegetable or two with butter, maybe some cheese. I eat low carb, high fat, so the fat content of my meal keeps me feel satisfied. The volume of my food is fairly small but the calorie count of my meal might be 1,000 calories. I don't believe in eating many small meals that barely satisfy. I'd rather eat the bulk of my calories at one time.
I've lost 57 pounds in the past year, and have eaten a keto diet for the past 7 months. I really like it !0
