If you are not already, eat at a calorie deficit to lose weight. Put your stats into mfp, chose your goal, weigh your food on a scale.
Zumba is a fun way to exercise, but unless you are eating less than you use, you will not lose weight. Even if you Zumba 6 hr a day.

Zumba the most fun cardio I've done. Unfortunately, you have to be in a caloric deficit to lose weight. If you are not losing any weight, you are eating way too much calories. Find filling foods like whole grains, vegetables, and lean proteins then adjust your calories.0

Weight loss comes mainly from diet. Unless you exercise for hours per day, you are not going to lose weight by exercise alone.0
