I have come across a weight loss plateau for the past 3 weeks. Does anyone have any advice on how to push past this plateau? Any advice would be greatly appreciated! Thank you!

If you are not losing weight for an extended period of time, it's likely you are eating at maintenance. You should be weighing all of your food to be as accurate as possible with your calorie counting and logging. Most people are inaccurate when logging calories and eat too much. Buy a food scale if you don't have one yet.

Patience! A true plateau is doing everything perfect, no slip ups or cheats and not losing for 6 weeks. Keep within your calories, drink more water, and just be patient!
I've had 3-4 weeks with nothing, then boom -4lbs in 4 days.0 -
If you have stalled you are not in a deficit. Measure all of your foods carefully and log. You can increase your cardio to increase the deficit. You still need to calorie deficit to lose weight.0

You can get one at amazon for 10 bucks. Best investment you will ever make.

Sounds like a plan0 -
Definitely spend the 10-15 dollars to buy a food scale. Measuring cups are not even close to accurate, and you've been over on your calorie estimates because of them. It will help!0

Super supportive entry. Yes, OP has several entries of supplements from GNC that she probably doesn't need. But no, not ALL of her diary entries are from there. In fact, most of them are NOT from there.0
