Hi. I'm Bobbi Jo. I'm 44. I'm a mom and grandma ( they call me MiMi). A few years ago my weight had hit 180.. I developed asthma -- had issues with my knees.. And some cardio issues. I worked hard and got down to 160ish ( my goal was 150) and have maintained that for two years. In June of this year I changed jobs. I'm literally at a desk all day now and since changing jobs have gained a solid 10 lbs. I'm feeling if in my knees and just over all feel blah. I need to shake this ten and would still like to hit my original goal of 150 and maybe 140 but I'm trying to be reasonable. My grandchildren are all under 5. I'd like to be able to keep up with them and enjoy them now and in the years to come! Our youngest child graduates this year and we will be empty nesters. I don't want my weight or health to interfere with this time in our lives. There's so much we want to do. And I don't want the health issues that come with the weight! Thanks for any support!!!
