I'm a quitter and now I want to be a loser.

So on August 14th I quit smoking. It all began because I could no longer afford it. Then I started gaining weight so I decided to quit drinking soda. I was drinking about 60 oz a day! That was a week ago. So I came to the conclusion that If I can quit all that then I can also lose the weight I have gained from having 2 kids. So I am proud to say I am a quitter and I'll be even more proud when I can say I am a loser too.

You're the best kind of quitter!
Having said that, make sure you aren't expecting too much of yourself at once! Quitting several things at one time is a huge, huge challenge and you don't want to have that 'deprived' feeling. Tackle one obstacle at once. You've done the smoking - fantastic. Now focus on the weight loss. Baby steps is the way!0 -
