hey i'm Amy i'm 22 and sick of hating my body. i'm finally getting my act together and trying to lose weight the right way, thru diet and exercise, instead of trying to starve or following a diet fad. i made that mistake many times before and gained back what i lost plus more. I have asked for a gym membership for my birthday and hope to reach my goal weight of 60-65kg in 12 months.
i hope to meet other like minded people who i can support and receive support in return.

It's great to see you turning your back on the crash diets. As you know, they simple do not work and will not EVER work. Stick to your calorie deficit, move a little more if you can - and you will lose weight! You'll find lots of support here too, which is definitely a plus! Good luck0
