It's been years since I've used FitnessPal. I just lost 70lbs from doing raw vegan and sometimes paleo but I hit a brick wall so a friend of mine suggest I use fitnesspal. I dont want to stick with just one eating style and want to incorporate all foods good and sometimes bad into my diet.
My question is if I stick with excercising and watching my calories with fitnesspal will I be able to lose another 80lbs??
I would like to incorporate bread back into my diet..

    if you burn more calories then you eat you will loose weight.
