MAX-OT Training Series Questions

Has anyone completed the 12 week Max-Ot Training Series by AST sports. It's a free program I found off the internet so I liked it! They also show you how to perform the exercies so it's great for beginners or if you don't have a trainer, but I have some questions. It only works out one muscle group at a time for example Monday's are legs so you do leg press, squats etc Low reps with increase weight! I am going to continuing doing cardio after I work out with this program. I have lost approx 65lbs and still have more to go. I am a female, I also am taking supplements and follow a high protein low fat diet. I have questions about supplements too, which ones do you take for building lean muscle. I have heard of creatinine, I am not taking that yet, because I have heard it's for serious body builders that want to bulk up so I am taking glutamine, omega 3's, cacluim with vit D, B-12. I really want to build muscle to burn the fat!!! Thanks!
