I have a tiny gym, unreliable treadmills, an elliptical and a couple spinning bikes. Oh, and a rack of free weights and a private room beside the gym to follow videos or do yoga if you choose.

I'm not a beginner, but I haven't followed a workout plan in ages. What has worked best for you? Videos (such as Beachbody) or free weights and cardio? As far as goals go, I want something I can accomplish in 30-40 minutes, be able to work out 3-4 times a week, gain muscle and strength but also improve stamina and gain flexibility and agility. I could stand to lose 10 lb but that will come with the rest.

Thanks!

All my workouts are done in the comfort of my own home (apart from running/walking)...youtube is your friend - any amount of workouts on there - I favour Fitness Blender and Jessica Smith strength workouts, also circuit training by Chris Freytag....there are 1000's to choose from so you'll find one that suits you
Mon/Wed and Fri I strength train for 30- 40 mins/ Tues + Thu is Yoga (nerdfitness) I walk and run for my cardio.
