I suggest following MFP guidelines for your calorie intake/exercise plan and saving your money and using it for a gym membership or nice food scale. these pills do not really help anyone long term and there are no proven studies to show they actually cause weight loss, unless were referring to ones wallet.0

Eat less, move more. It's boring and old-fashioned, but it's still the best way. Plug your info into the MFP and follow it. You will lose weight.0 -
