Trying to lose those last few pounds and would love to have friends with similar goals to encourage each other.
I usually jog 3 miles a day and average 15,000 steps according to m Fitbit; just need to keep the calories down consistently.

Hi.... I'm walking 4 miles daily which has got easier now I have lost some weight... Like you, I have invested in a fit bit. Weighed myself this morning and have now lost 3 stone using this app.... Good luck - keep going!!! Tracy0
