Hi all ive just started with the vi shakes etc and looking to lose most of the excess baby fat after having my little boy last year I eat at wrong times and I seem to be putting on more than I want too but I do love sweet things but I would like to try slim down as hoing on holiday. Does anyone have any lovely recipes theyd like to share

Are you doing Vi shakes and/or Vi cereal?
I am also on vi. I'm loving it! I use cashew milk, 2 scoops vi, 2 tbs pb2, 2 tbs unsweetened cocoa... that is my favorite at the moment. I also like to do a caramel and coffee one in the mornings... it's 1 tbs instant coffee and sugar free caramel coffee flavored syrup... instead of blending up the ice I just add ice at the end and have it like an iced coffee...0 -
Im on the trial pack for 7 days at moment so ive got sweet vanilla packets im not really a coffee person but il try it plus im not a milkshake person either so im open to all things. thank u x0
