Ideas for Work foods :)

This is supposed to be created for people looking for foods to make or eat while at the office. Being stationary at a desk feels like dying. But keeping up with the foods that taste great and are healthy is the way to keep the energy levels high while not letting it all go to those hips!

Ill start us off. Im a costco Fan. So what i grab is the seasoned chicken The chicken is only 13$ for 1kg of it. Putting in perspective of cost to lunch ratio. its pretty damn good!. Right now im on a high protein diet, low carbs, very little sugar-none. So what i do is grab my tupperware and pour in 300 or so grams of chicken. ( i know thats alot) you dont eat this in one sitting. but something to munch on. Someone with less of a protein filled diet, throw in 150 grams or so, just so the protein doesnt turn to fat from not being used! :) hope this first one gets the ball rolling.

    SECOND FOOD

    gotta have those deep dark green veggies. I love my spinach. 1-1.5 cups of spinach, just fresh is something to NOM on all day at work. Youre getting some carbs, all the vitamines and increasing that absorption rate of alot of them at the same time just because Spinach is amazing for you. I think i need to get soem pictures of what my premade lunches look like :).

    Lunch is usually leftovers.

    I eat a turkey breast sandwich with cheese & grey poupon on white bread and lays chips.
