I'm a 5'8 male I weigh 134lb before I started workout out a few months ago I weighted about 125 soaking wet. So even tho I am still beyond skinny I was getting progress. But I now haven't gained basically any weight in almost a month. I know it's cause I'm not eating enough because I work out 4-5 times a week. Any suggestions as to the best foods or snacks for me to be eating? I can basically eat whatever is in front of me, just need help finding the right foods. Anything will help, thanks!! I also take a mass gainer, 1,300 calories but I save it for night time so it doesn't hinder my appitite throughout the day.

Are you logging your calories?
Aim for calorie dense foods though: nuts and nut butters (i literally will eat peanut butter out of the jar), ice cram, butters, bagels, fatty cuts of meat (instead of chicken), etc..0 -
You and me brother are the same type but im 5.9. I don't know how old you are but trust me I'm still trying. I got a few tips for you and this is coming from people that you know how we feel and have been there. first tip is log in your calories. Get minimum of 3k plus. second tip don't spend too much time in the gym for us if we want to grow mass its all about hitting your limit on how much we can bench press. With the fewest repetitions. if you're spending more then one hour in the gym stop you're just burning your muscles awake. tip number 3 food wise as a beginner just eat favorite foods. but in due time try to start eating more healthy high calorie foods and protein. that's all I got for today.0

This. Are you weighing everything you eat and logging accuratly. Are you eating back exercise calories?
Once you get all your nutrients in, you could try adding less nutritious foods. So food like ice cream, potato chips, etc.
another option is drinking more calories. Full fat milk for example is high in calories but not as filling as solid foods.0 -

have you readjusted your calories since you went from 124 to 134#? At 134 pounds you will need more calories to gain than you did at 124. Seconding weighing and logging everything.0
