In the beginning it was I had no energy from taking care of a newborn. I am still eating the same way I "ate for two" and I am stuck around 220 pounds!!! I want to feel better, I want to get healthier, but I don't have the motivation
help a mommy out!!! I've attempted weight watchers, 21 day fix, and MFP but I fall off the wagon each time!! But I always come back to MFP because it helped me lose 70 pounds 2 years ago! Although I lived in the gym then and I can no longer afford the time or money to join a gym now

Find workouts you enjoy doing at home. I lost the weight by working out during her nap/sleep time, and using MFP to track my calories. If you find it hard, work on making small changes; it may take more time, but you'll still get there in the end.0

Definitely find nap time routines. Although a nap can help you during those times too. My son is now 4 and loves working out with the Wii fit with me we make it a fun high energy time in the house.0
