The calories we earn from exercising are you supposed to use some, all or none of them? I am hearing different things and didn't know what to do. Thanks

MFP is designed so that the number you're given to eat is what you need to lose at the rate you put on your profile. This does not include exercise. When you move more, you eat more. You should be able to eat 100% of the calories burned and still be in a calorie deficit. But, it can be difficult to determine calories burned so it's usually recommended to eat only a portion back (50-75%) and make adjustments where needed.
Eating them helps keep your deficit from becoming too large which can make exercise you do more difficult, cause you to lose too much muscle with your fat, and can derail you from your program by feeling too restricted.
Whether or not folks do it this way is up to them, but this is how this program is designed. It works if you're diligent on your logging and careful on exercise burn estimates.
Best wishes.
