I'm relatively new to My Fitness Pal.....I signed up for it 3 years ago to see what it was about and that was as far as I got at that time. Now I've recently "joined" again only this time I'm going to try and work the program. I really want to lose 15 lbs and be able to keep it off by Christmas! So if I say it out loud (or in print) I'm hoping that will make me more accountable.....
